On-Device Processing
Scores, summaries and comparisons are generated on the device from the responses you enter. The application does not require personal identity information for its core workflow, and the local content described above is not automatically transmitted to the developer as part of that workflow.
Any content you type or save may contain personal information if you choose to enter it. The application does not operate an account history, does not synchronise your content to a cloud service, and does not use shared workspace features. Saved snapshots and drafts remain in local app storage until you remove them.
Export, Sharing and External Actions
Reform Advisory Studio allows you to export or share locally generated content, such as a summary or a saved snapshot, through the Android share sheet. This happens only when you initiate it, and the destination is chosen by you.
Data remains on the device unless you choose to export, copy or share it. Once content has been passed to the Android share sheet, the receiving application or service handles it under its own privacy practices. Contact actions of any kind involve external Android services, and those services operate under their own privacy practices.
What the App Does Not Include
The application does not include login or account registration, does not process payments, does not offer subscriptions, and does not provide monetisation features. Using the app does not require you to create a profile or to provide an account identity.

Nothing produced by the app is legal, financial, insurance or regulatory advice, and outputs should not be treated as a substitute for formal professional review, audit, certification or regulatory processes. You remain responsible for how you interpret and act on anything the app produces.
Retention and Deletion
Local content remains on your device until you delete it. The app lets you delete individual saved snapshots and clear all local app data from within the application.
Beyond those in-app controls, local app data can be removed through your Android device settings or by uninstalling the application. Exported or shared copies remain wherever you choose to save or send them and are outside the app's control.
UK / EEA Data Rights
The developer is established in the United Kingdom. Users in the UK or the European Economic Area may have rights under applicable data protection legislation, including rights of access, correction, deletion and restriction of processing, where those rights apply in the circumstances and depending on whether personal data is being processed.
The app's core workflow does not transmit your local content to the developer, so the content described in this policy is generally managed by you on your own device. You can amend or delete it within the app, clear local app data through your Android device settings, or uninstall the application. Children's Privacy (13+)
Reform Advisory Studio is intended for users aged 13 and above and is not directed to children under 13. The company does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If such information is identified, reasonable steps will be taken to delete it or otherwise address the situation.

This policy may be revised from time to time to reflect changes in the application or in applicable requirements. When it changes, the revision date shown alongside this policy is updated, and the version presented with the application is the current one.
